To begin, log in to your My Couponbook account. If you don’t have an account yet, please contact us to set one up.
Coupon Builder
To start giving points, you’ll need to create a coupon designed to reward customers.
Coupon Type
Auto Accept Coupon: Make sure this option is turned off.
Points Back: Click the "Points Back" radial button and enter the number of points you'd like to give per transaction.
Add Coupon Details
Title and Description: Give your coupon a clear title and description so customers understand the offer.
Set Limits and Expiry
Total Amount and User Limit: Enter the total number of coupons available based on the points in your wallet. Leave the user limit blank to allow customers to earn points multiple times.
Configure Additional Settings
Reserved Hours: Set this to 4 hours.
Category: Choose the category that best fits your business.
Terms and Conditions
Conditions: Specify that the customer must spend $20 or more to redeem this coupon.
Preview and Publish
Preview your coupon and click "Publish." It will be instantly available on the My Couponbook app!
The Process of Giving Points
Verification Process
When a customer wants to redeem a loyalty points coupon, they must show you the reserved coupon screen on their app.
Accepting or Rejecting the Redemption
Once the customer clicks "Redeem Now," a notification will appear in your account. Review the details to ensure everything is correct. From there you can Accept the transaction.
Points will instantly be transferred from your wallet to the customer.
